In accordance with Latvian Cabinet of Ministers Regulations \u201cRegulations on Distance Contracts\u201d, point 19, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase and return the product within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receiving the goods.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The product must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date either to our workshop at\u00a0Bazn\u012bcas iela 22, Dobele<\/strong>,<\/strong> or to the\u00a0Omniva parcel machine<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0Za\u013ca iela 19, Dobele<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5 business days<\/strong>. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
