This document constitutes a Distance Contract, as defined by Cabinet of Ministers Regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Distance Sales Agreement&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This contract is concluded between the Seller (hereinafter referred to as \u201cSeller\u201d) and the person placing an order (hereinafter referred to as \u201cBuyer\u201d).\n\nBy placing an order through this website, the Buyer agrees to the terms stated herein. The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the goods as ordered by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order, Payment &amp; Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer places an order through the online store by selecting the desired products and quantities.\nPayment can be made using integrated payment methods or by paying the invoice sent via email.\nThe invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.\nDelivery will be made within 20 calendar days after the payment is received, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods by submitting a written withdrawal notice to the Seller.\nA withdrawal form will be provided by the Seller upon request via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer must return the product within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice.\nAll return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product cannot be returned due to its nature, is perishable, or has been consumed quickly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product was custom-made specifically for the Buyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Buyer has unsealed audio\/video recordings or software packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Article 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia:\n\n\u201cThe consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.\u201d\n\nThe Seller reserves the right to deny withdrawal or reduce the refund if:\n\nThe product is damaged due to improper use or carelessness,\nInstructions were not followed,\nThe original packaging is missing or severely damaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By entering the required information to place an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the use of their data for processing the order and delivering goods in accordance with Latvian law.\n\nThe Buyer also agrees to receive email notifications related to the processing and status of the order.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lieto\u0161anas noteikumi Latvijas republikas likumdo\u0161ana nosaka, ka interneta veikala \u012bpa\u0161niekam ir j\u0101atrun\u0101 pre\u010du pieg\u0101des un atgrie\u0161anas noteikumi, k\u0101 ar\u012b atteikuma ties\u012bbas. \u0160\u0101du atrunu sauc par distances l\u012bgumu (MK noteikumi).
