Product Returns
In accordance with Latvian Cabinet of Ministers Regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, point 19, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase and return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

The product must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date either to our workshop at Baznīcas iela 22, Dobele, or to the Omniva parcel machine at Zaļa iela 19, Dobele. Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please include the following information with your return:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
Before returning, please ensure the following:
- The product is in its original packaging, undamaged
- The product is unused
- The product is returned in the same condition and complete set as received
