[Lightweight, efficient and ultra-light]
Compared to conventional PLA (density 1.23 g/cm³), SUNLU PP uses a lighter polypropylene (PP) material with a density of only 0.9 g/cm³, which reduces the weight by approximately 27%. At the same time, structural integrity and functionality are maintained, significantly reducing the weight of the printed parts. Ideal for drone components, portable instruments with lightweight design requirements, and creative models where every gram counts.

Printing recommendations
For optimal first layer adhesion, use a build surface specifically designed for PP materials. Apply PP adhesive, set the part cooling fan to 10%, and print in a closed chamber to reduce warping. It is recommended to add Skirt structures to improve adhesion between the part and the build platform. Avoid dense and rectangular fill patterns to prevent warping caused by PP crystallization.
