Terms & Conditions
According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store must clearly state the terms of delivery, return policy, and consumer rights of withdrawal. This document constitutes a Distance Contract, as defined by Cabinet of Ministers Regulations.
Distance Sales Agreement
This contract is concluded between the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and the person placing an order (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”). By placing an order through this website, the Buyer agrees to the terms stated herein. The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the goods as ordered by the Buyer.
Order, Payment & Delivery
The Buyer places an order through the online store by selecting the desired products and quantities. Payment can be made using integrated payment methods or by paying the invoice sent via email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature. Delivery will be made within 20 calendar days after the payment is received, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods by submitting a written withdrawal notice to the Seller. A withdrawal form will be provided by the Seller upon request via email.
The Buyer must return the product within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- The product cannot be returned due to its nature, is perishable, or has been consumed quickly.
- The product was custom-made specifically for the Buyer.
- The Buyer has unsealed audio/video recordings or software packages.
According to Article 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia: “The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.” The Seller reserves the right to deny withdrawal or reduce the refund if: The product is damaged due to improper use or carelessness, Instructions were not followed, The original packaging is missing or severely damaged.
Data Processing
By entering the required information to place an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the use of their data for processing the order and delivering goods in accordance with Latvian law. The Buyer also agrees to receive email notifications related to the processing and status of the order.
